You need to bring your own clothes. Please be aware, we have sun 365 days a year but in the mountains can be sometimes tricky. Always provide a wind jacket or rain jacket in case of bad weather. You also have the option to rent shoes from us. This will be 15 euro per the entire rental period.

The rental of one day is during our opening hours from 09:00 until 18:00. You can rent it for one day or multiple days. BUT you can pick up the rental the evening before between 17:00-18:00 if you wish to start early in the morning.

The bikes come standard with spare innertube, pomp, back light, saddle bag, power lever and multitool kit.

You can take your own pedals or rent pedals from us. We have: spd sl, spd mtb, look and flat pedals in rent. You can rent the pedals for 5 euros during the entire rental period. Also you can rent a helmet from us. You can rent the helmet for 5 euros during the entire rental period. We also provide Shimano Ultegra power meter crank if you wish to track your power data. The price for the power meter is 30 euro during the entire rental period.

We work with 6D Sports Nutrition and have their entire range in our shop for sale.

Transport is only on requests and in specific situations. You can ask us for more information about transportation, extra cost will be added depending on your location.

Our E-bikes can go easily to the Teide as they have 500Wh battery with large capacity. Be aware to not ride it on turbo while climbing as this will influence the battery capacity a lot.

It is not possible to insure damage caused to bicycles during the rental period, so you will be 100% responsible for damage caused or theft.

Yes, you can join with your own bike in one of our tours. You only book the price for the guided ride and enjoy the same service.

You pay for the guided tour and bike. In the tour we offer 1 or 2 supply stops where we consume 1 drink. Other consumptions are for your own account. The pedals and helmet are free in the price when you book a tour and rent a bike from us.

We will ask for an advance payment of 25% of the total within the first 5 days after confirmation. The other part of the booking needs to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Payment/confirmation can be done as a group or separately.

Upon 4 months before arrival you can still annulate, we take 100 euro in account per person canceled. 

Upon 4 months and until 60 days before arrival, we take 25% of the total payment per person canceled in account.

Upon 59 days and 29 days before arrival, we take 50% of the total payment per person canceled in account.

Upon 28 days and 14 days before arrival, we take 80% of the total payment per person canceled in account.

Within the last 14 days before arrival, we take 100% of the total payment per person canceled in account.

No, we don't offer annulation insurance nor holiday package insurance.
